Cancellation Policy
a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
same-say cancellations + no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
